Here we are in the Great Lakes Extension of Indian Grave Point Cave.
That hole you see behind the kids, in the upper right is where we are heading from here.

This chamber, at one time, contained numerous gypsum flowers on the walls; but heavy vandalism has destroyed most of them. Now only a few remain for visitors to enjoy.
The kids have stopped here to eat some lunch. There they are in the middle of the room. |

approx. a 90-foot drop.
Great care must be taken when doing any rope work in a cave. Please don't try this on your own unless you are an experiened spelunker with the proper equipment. |
